Previously, Farrah received her B.A. in Mathematics with honors (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Sigma Xi) from Wellesley College in 2014. As an undergraduate, she won the national Barry Goldwater Scholarship, considered “the most prestigious undergraduate scholarship in the natural sciences, mathematics, and engineering in America.”
Farrah has over fourteen years of mathematical teaching experience in a wide range of settings from one-on-one tutoring to middle and high school summer programs like Center for Talented Youth (CTY) Michigan Math and Science Scholars (MMSS) to teaching university courses for over five years. Whether she is helping to explain concepts in arithmetic or high level college math, Farrah is excited to share her joy of mathematics with all of her students at Cohen Math Prep!
