Mark Rozencwaig is a graduate of Brandeis University. He graduated with high honors, double majoring in Biology and Neuroscience as well as minoring in Mathematics. As an undergraduate, Mark spent three years working in the Rodal Lab, where he investigated the mechanisms regulating neuronal cargo traffic. He is currently in the process of interviewing for PhD programs to pursue his passion for science research.

Throughout his education experience, Mark has led his peers in study groups covering topics of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. In addition, he is experienced in supporting artistic development. Mark has seven years of experience working as a counselor at a Fine Arts Camp, where he delivered music, theater, art, and dance education to K-8 students. Mark’s teaching approach is inquiry-based and student-centered. He invites his students at Cohen Math Prep to explore their curiosities, and he enjoys tailoring lessons to meet their individual learning preferences – often bringing visuals, learners’ interests, and real-world examples into his lessons.

In his free time, Mark enjoys creating music. He is proficient in vocal performance and 6 instruments, and most enjoys playing bass, guitar, and harmonica.
